Responsible for developing strategies and drivers to successfully increase digital e-commerce revenue and online sales. Focusing on driving website strategy, sales initiatives and updates with a focus on reaching the company’s goals. Mainly improving brand awareness, site traffic, and engaging customers. Managing and leading the web, development, and marketing teams to create appropriate content, branding, web trends and more. Another important role is to use data and analytics to plan initiatives and insights for web campaigns, trends, AB testing and implementing changes.

Worked closely with E-commerce Director to implement new strategies for website. To enhance customer experience with our website we launched a new version of the site that is mobile & tablet friendly with bootstrap’s grid system. Plus we also cleaner up the site visually and made it more user friendly following UI best practices. We also launches a lot of landing pages for specific promotions like holiday gift guide for 2015. We also implemented a couple of strategies that would generate more sales like: basket-upsells with best selling items, cart reminder for free shipping, banner with features and sales throughout site, badging with sale/out of stock/new arrivals, and more.

Started as web designer working with the e-commerce director to develop upgrades to the website. I managed a group of developers to create a new website for the company that was more user friendly and intuitive. Also launched a mobile, tablet, and desktop version of the site. On the web department I also worked on planning and art directing email monthly campaign with 12-20 emails a month. I also designed products, packaging, and developed the marketing of the products.

Internship at MTV's LogoTV. Worked with advertisements, brand study, promotional material and assisted with any print jobs.

Started as a Design intern assisting on the production and creation of the three main web sites, advertising web banners, email marketing, and posters. Then was promoted to creative director where I managed a staff of four interns and supervised the creation and development of all the design works.

Assisted as a Design Intern on the development of materials for their big clients such as L’Oreal and Nokia. Also created an identity design for Brasil Cria, from initial research , conceptualization and implementation to the creation of the logo, stationary and other promotional pieces.
