• Design, control and supervise the assembly factory´s Supply Chain in Honduras. (Import, Storage of Prime Goods, Assembly Lines, Finish Goods Warehouse, Distribution Logistics, Maintenance, Call Center).
• Implementation of the Lean Manufacture processes, focused on efficiency on the assembly lines.
• Elaboration of KPI´s for measuring each area’s performance,
• Establish a system of Continuous Improvement linked to the Lean Manufacture processes to optimize the use of our human and financial resources.
• Management of +150 employees. PERU
• Introduction, and development of the company´s Brand in different countries (Honduras & Peru)
