Executed projects and strategies resulting in over $2.5MM in Cost Savings. Solid Platform Operations Directors Council (SODC) member.•Site Credo Champion = Lead the Credo-Collaboration team, manage the execution of the Credo Action Plan, execute site activities to foster engagement, trust, diversity & inclusion and collaboration.•JJPS Pull Forward Resource on Neutrogena Los Angeles. Support the Diagnostics and Plan phases. Develop and implement the Tactical Implementation Plan (TIP) for the Palletizing optimization that resulted on a direct labor Cost Saving of $325K.•Lead of key strategic site initiatives under the 4-8-8 Cost Competitiveness Plan. This 3 year plan resulted in a cost reduction for the site of over $20MM.

Responsible for the strategic planning, development and maintenance of the Gurabo Site Master Plan including infrastructure, technology and material flow of the plant to integrate new and current equipment and improve line efficiencies and capacity. Management of the site Capital projects including the development of concepts with inputs from stakeholders, justification, and sanctioning at site and upper management level. Translate concepts into design and execute the project implementation. • Janssen Gurabo Site Master Plan - Management of the Packaging Compliance Improvement Project (PACIP/$10.0MM) as part of the site Master Plan, this project created the new Packaging area facilities with primary and secondary packaging segregation and the optimization of critical flows such as materials, people, clean parts and finish good flows. • Managed the Manufacturing area expansion for the installation of a Niro MP-8 FBD, staging area, clean/dirty corridors, gown/ degown & material transfer area ($6.5MM). Development of the site Capital Business Plans and Long Range Financial Plans.

• Management of the packaging and quicksolve manufacturing area performance and customer services results. Responsible for the development, administration and management of the department budget. Establishment of the objectives and key performance indicators of the department to comply with the business goals. Supervision and professional development of personnel. Regulatory agencies (FDA, MHRA, ANVISA, DEA, etc) audit management. Production meetings and status meetings with Plant Sr. Management. Work closely with support groups to ensure events such as new product launches, automation projects, continuous improvement projects, CAPAs, etc are completed successfully. Responsible of the approval of Process Deviations, Change Controls, Equipment Qualification, Process Validation, Cleaning Validation, Standard Operating Procedures, Master Batch Records, etc. Lead a department of 150+ direct and indirect labor. • Site Master Plan – Lead the Packaging Compliance Improvement Project (PACIP) as part of the Janssen Gurabo Site Master Plan. Construction of 4 straight line packaging bays with full segregation of primary and secondary packaging. Optimization of process, materials, operators, product contact parts and waste flows. Project Budget = $9.1MM, multi year project. In charge of User Requirement Specification development, Concept Package, Design, bidding, contractor selection, construction and equipment.
