I work with Software Quality Assurance since 2013, mainly using agile methodologies like Scrum on national and international projects. I was able to work with amazing people from many different backgrounds and origins within each team, helping them overcome many obstacles and challenges that would appear along the way, be it remotely or on the many trips I have made to the US in order to discuss key elements with the clients themselves, my main focus has always been on the client satisfaction.I have experience in test preparation based on acceptance criterias, pointing out issues in requirements that could turn into big problems in a later state of development and coming up with requirements that could be added to improve the final product. I am also responsible for creating the high level test scenarios and test cases that are tested by me or other members of the team depending on the situation, in parallel I also help the team by giving explanations about the system itself and defect trouble shooting. Recently I have occupied the position of Team Lead in an International project which has given me the opportunity to see the Development Cycle in a Scrum based methodology by another angle, being able to further assist the team on reaching its objectives.
