Member of the committee responsible for the strategic direction, policy and day-to-day running of Scotland’s largest rabbit rescue charity. Manage a team of volunteers responsible for all aspects of the charity’s adoption application and allocation process. Co-ordinate responses to adopters and charity supporters, offering advice and support with rabbit welfare and care priorities.

Managing all aspects of student data throughout the academic year. Key responsibilities are the input, analysis and accurate processing of student data in relation to admissions, enrolment, course set up, timetabling and resulting for over 500 courses and 5000 students annually.

Operating as part of joint management/trade union evaluation panels to support the National Job Evaluation scheme within the FE sector, my role was to systematically review allocated roles and record an agreed score on the FEDRA online system.

Responsible for handling calls to recover outstanding balances on behalf of blue-chip clients, negotiating affordable repayment plans for debtors and providing advice and guidance on repayment options in line with financial legislation. A high degree of persuasion and empathy was required to establish a good rapport with callers and lead to a successful outcome.
