My current position: With the function of Head of Analysis and Optimization of Business Processes I deal with:• optimize the relations between the various Company Departments• as Co-Head of the Customer Service Department (about 100 Resources), organize customer service so that requests for assistance or any customer problems are resolved in a professional, precise and timely manner, through the intervention of Technicians , in over 130 countries around the world.• coordinate a project in the field of IoT and Predictive Maintenance, which will allow, through Artificial Intelligence - Machine Learning processes, to intervene in a preventive manner, on Customers' Machinery, before they stop due to failure.Direct report to the Chief Executive Officer.Till June 2015 I have been the General Director Operations of A F Servizi ,an Italian food Company, leader on the fresh, frozen production and trading, with plants and partnership in Italy and abroad, main supplier of the Modern Distribution Companies (GDO). Previously I was the EDP Auditor and IT Security Systems of UniCredit in Rome. Before that I worked as Program Management Manager - IT Technology in GlaxoSmithKline, a leading pharmaceutical English Company. Furthermore I worked as Manager of Planning and Control of Corporate Projects an Information Systems in GTS Group and in Accuma Group.
