Strategic Regional Business Controller
Current● Strong Experience in B/S reconciliation (including overseeing / Review / maintain chart of accounts) for all APAC Markets, Germany & Switzerland● Leading R2R activities like Month end/year end closing including accruals/provisions for Revenue/Expenses, Inter-Company transfers, Deferred Revenue, etc.● Leading the conduct of Statutory / SOX audits and managing communication with the auditors.● Ensuring the implementation of strong internal controls to minimize financial risks and ensure compliance with regulations.● Leading and managing a team of Seven financial accounting professionals and ensuring their professional development.● Monthly P&L review includes detailed revenue analysis by client, revenue trends & evaluating expenses with budgetary numbers and circulating the financial reports to leadership.● Working Capital Management ($2.6m) ensuring the business segment is financially efficient. It helped improving WC Ratio from 1.36 to 1.6.● Monitoring AOP and forecasts in coordination with other departments including Variance Analysis of both P/L & B/S to check organic & inorganic growth.● Business Partnering to ensure Risk & Opportunities identified and communicated.● Provide thought leadership and recommendations for identifying and implementing process improvements.● Responsible to deliver monthly reports like Balance sheet Recon Package, T&E Review Report, Revenue by Client etc.● Support BU in formulating & implementing Strategies/Policies/Changes.
