Close cooperation with 2 teams and providing consultations for the rest of development teams. Implementation of agile principles and scrum methodology from the scratch. Setting up the functioning of teams, including the facilitation of individual ceremonies. Mentoring and consultation with individual team members and others in company. Working on all 3 levels. Work with teams, Product owner´s right hand, regular consultations regarding the continuity of individual business processes with the owners of the company. Co-creation of a suitable concept for effective application development (definition and determination of products, roles and individual procedures). Workshops for specialized groups (development teams, Product Owners) and company-wide events (Open space discussion format). Creating a goals structure (product, quarterly, sprint). Setting metrics (Velocity, BurnUp, BurnDown chart, etc.). Participating in a good and healthy company culture.

Cooperation with 3 teams of developers throughout the Czech Republic (Ostrava, Brno, Prague) on the services Novinky.cz, Super.cz, Sport.cz, Seznamzpravy.cz and a team developing mobile applications (iOS, Android). Regular visits and personal consultations with all team members (like 1on1 meetings). Agile management (frameworks Scrum, Lean, Kanban and others) of people and projects. Setting up work processes, individual roles, meetings, setting quarterly, team and personal goals, work estimates, work planning, leading teams to self-organization, emphasis on the development of individual team members, participation in conferences (company representation), leading a training workshop for new employees and more.

Store manager, supervision over the complete operation of the store (sales, turnover, profitability of the store, etc.). Management of an 8-member team of employees (shifts distribution, attendance management, role determination and responsibilities, regular meetings, feedback, etc.), ensuring the operation of the store (inventory management, work in SAP, revaluation of goods, competition monitoring, administration cash register and vault, sales themselves, communication with external suppliers, solution of above-standard orders and more).

Production manager, ensuring the smooth running of production (creating work procedures and checking their compliance, quality control of raw materials, managing received orders and ensuring their error-free processing, communication with customers, leading a 11-member team of employees, final packaging of orders and supervision of sending, receiving goods in stock), communication with potential partners, cooperation with the administrator of online stores, participation in marketing campaigns through social networks.

(Seasonally December - April) Instructor of skiing and snowboarding, individual and group lessons (up to 12 members), service associated with the technical provision of the ski lift.Experience teaching in English and Polish.

Management and sale of tours in a travel agency, along with the supervision of two employees in a store selling sports equipment, both located in the same place.

During the first month, progress from the position of warehouseman (packer) to the position of Manipulant (providing work for packers, breakdown of prepared products according to the place of delivery).
