• Financial Operations across 3 units – Credit Admin Department, Disbursement Unit, Repayment and Settlement Unit • Credit Admin Department :- Understanding of Credit proposals, preparing documentation as per Sharia requirements for restructured loans, new finance, settlements and developer finance/bridge loans.Compliance check and raising discrepancies to required departments and co-ordinating for same. Preparing addendum/sanction notes to existing credit approval and provide recommendations by analysing customer profile, financial statements, Contact Point Verification, sensitivity analysis and Debt to burden ratio calculations.• Disbursement Unit:- Handling and facilitating Accrued rental payments calculations, disbursing Final / Stage payments of Loans, Loan re-Schedulements system execution, account opening for new finance, compliance check, issuance of NOC to developers adhering to KYC norms, conducting UAT and facilitating new product development, execution of Developer finance.• Repayment & Settlement Unit:- Preparing Liability Letters & Calculating Balance Outstanding, Executing Partial & Final Settlements on flexcube system, calculating arrears break up, executing refunds on system, Attending to Retail , Developer Relations and Collections team queries regarding various operations• Overall responsibilities at a glance1. Co-ordinating with various departments like Sales, Legal, Disbursement, Developer Relationship, Collections & Sharia.2. Making presentations for Quarterly Business reviews to management3.
