Worked with key stakeholders in the forest industry; influencing them to shift their thinking from compliance to care, capacity and capability to achieve successful work. Previous roles in New Zealand have been on major engineering projects and contractor management within the energy sector. A former member of the the Business Leaders H&S Forum Steering Group - there is huge benefit in sharing our knowledge and experience through collaborative forums. Where there is strong industry leadership we are able to work more effectively with the relevant government agencies.
