These were the second highest metrics Nationally for recruitment in the organization.• Analyzed internal demographics against external labour market demographics to identify opportunity areas to enable focused targeted recruitment campaigns. Worked with a local advertising agency to develop the campaign; assigned key team members as team leaders for each campaign (new grad, employment referral organizations/second career candidates, and internal referrals).
