I am a brand strategist, founder, UX pioneer, visual artist, serial beginner and *true* digital native based in Munich, Germany. My professional, digital journey started way back earlier during school in the 90s and so I look back at 30+ years of digital rabbit hole, design, technology, starting new projects and getting things done.My focus has always been what's possible in digital experience. Long before „digital“ became mainstream. Late 90s I started to study graphic design, quickly checked out Ogilvy in Düsseldorf and then moved to Munich, co-founded e-commerce market leader „hybris“ and developed and managed the brand, design strategy and user experience for almost 20 years. The SAP acquisition in 2013 didn’t make it more fun, though, and I slowly shifted my focus to my other projects. In parallel, I co-founded the UX and b2b design agency SNK („schoene neue kinder“) in 2003. Together with my partners I turned it into one of the top UX & digital agencies in Germany. During those two decades I helped countless tech companies and startups grow their brands, design and culture strategies.Meanwhile I opened and closed one of the first global street art onlineshops (subnormals), spent some time mixing street art with coded generative art (the Gonzos), programmed a few live VJ installations with good old Flash and Processing and tried to run a record label (brave&dizzy), just to name some of my favorite digital experiments. Today I’m mainly active as Chief Brand Officer at Celonis, pioneer and leader of Process Mining (and Germany's first decacorn) based in Munich. See and hear more on flaccus.de
