Responsible for leading two teams of Professional Services technical experts. The first team of 10 is comprised of Engineers and Technical Architects who build tools to allow Zendesk's largest customers to keep their data mobile: moving new data into Zendesk, transferring data between Zendesk accounts, and helping build custom environment to aid development. This global team works around the clock to keep data moving.The second team is comprised of 10 Technical Architects across AMER and LATAM who collaborate with Enterprise-level customers on all aspects of technical implementation projects.
