• Counsel and coach managers and employees on employee relations and performance management issues and inquiries to align with the bank’s objectives and human capital management policies • Consult department managers to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures, and progressive disciplinary actions; minimize risk • Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations to manage and resolve complex employee relations issues • Review, update, and create company policies and procedures; facilitate meetings on updated procedures• Partner with accompanying human resources areas, including Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Systems, and Employee Services on employee relations and candidate questions • Leverage internal talent and drive efforts for a diverse and inclusive workforce • Present on various human resources topics related to Employee Relations, Progressive Disciplinary Actions, Diversity and Inclusion, and Recruiting; participate in ongoing professional training and development
