I get things done and I like to learn. Teach me to fish and I will teach others. I enjoy problem solving, analyzing data and letting my curiosity guide me. Trying to break things is a fun aspect of testing. I’m passionate about protecting my internal and external end users, and implementing beneficial changes for them all. What I love most is there is always something new around the corner, with more to learn and master. Digital Banking was my first child. During my tenure, we launched our first iteration of “PC Banking” when we mailed diskettes & screen phones. “Internet Banking” didn’t exist quite yet, but soon followed. For our current day digital banking we set requirements, tested, ran pilots and a mini-conversion, and finally converted to our latest iteration of digital banking web & mobile applications.
