- Consult for companies in the health & wellness industry, specialising in market positioning, customer segments- Provide data-driven and actionable recommendations for brand strategy, marketing, community engagementOther responsibilities- Design research questionnaires and guides, and oversee fieldwork- Manage the collection and intepretation of data and report-writing - Conduct and oversee qualitative and quantitative research with specialists, general practitioners, patients and other key opinion leaders, including moderation of focus group interviews and one-on-one interviews- Manage varying types of research including: market landscape & disease understanding, patient journey understanding, buying process, message recall, Sales force effectiveness/brand tracking, TPP/concept testing and publication research.
