I was engaged as a vendor to conduct a comprehensive review, make necessary amendments, and update the Preventive Maintenance System and asset records in general. This encompassed general configuration adjustments, refining maintenance plans, revising dates, optimizing frequency, and addressing other relevant aspects. The scope of this project involved 23 Offshore Supply Vessels. Additionally, I diligently addressed requests from internal departments and Legal Class Entities, with unwavering focus on meeting the requirements of the vessels' Asset Management System.

A bit before the ERP go-live and during it, I promoted training sessions and full support for all Maintenance users.
