Designed and built system for orchestration of processes in on-premise component of food genetic testing pipeline. Highly available system that controls the interaction of a robotic liquid handler, scanners and DNA sequencers.

Led Invitae's commercial applications team (San Francisco, San Diego, Dallas, Tomsk), responsible for the patients/doctors portal used to track and deliver genetic tests results, and for the integration with insurance billing services, and CRM systems which allowed Invitae to increase its insurance claim reimbursements by 20%.

Responsible for the Anypoint Platform for APIs. This is a high volume, critical mission component of MuleSoft's suite of products, which predated AWS API Gateway offering a superset of its functionalities. MuleSoft's clients (cloud and on premise) rely on it to define, maintain, run and enhance their APIs with features like security, throttling and custom policies.
