In the Communications and Marketing Department, I contribute strategic insights in the department’s campaign planning. Additionally, I provide assistance in project development, whether it be the creation of projects to the finalization of them. Not only that, I also execute general administrative needs of the department.

While at Penn Asian Senior Services, I worked to create a 2020 Census outreach campaign with informative and translated content, reaching over 1500 Asian American seniors. Additionally, I overhauled social media content to increase the company's social media presence by creating a content timeline and relevant graphics. Finally, I conducted research for multiple grant applications.

While at Comcast, I helped developed written and graphic materials regarding Comcast’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities. Additionally, I updated employees and partners about CSR activities through various communication channels, including internal and external sites. Finally, I helped designed graphic assets such as infographics, digital posters, and PowerPoints to promote employee engagement in local communities

Working under the Human Resources Department, I helped organize both current and terminated employee files, archiving the files that were found to be no longer of use. Additionally, I audited I9 forms of current employees. I also assisted employees in submitting and completing their clearances. Not only that, I would work the front desk and assist visitors. While doing work under my department, I also collaborated with interns from other department to interview past participants in PYN's programs to see the effect it had on them.

Over the summer, I served as a teacher in Asian Americans United's annual summer program. While there, I taught incoming sixth and seventh graders. I taught them Asian American history, taught them social justice issues, assisted them in building a community garden, and much more.
