Job Purpose:To manage the day to day operations of the Vicenza USO Center at USAG Vicenza, a medium size multi-functional USO Center, delivering amenities, and core services comparable to standard “single soldier” focused USO facilities. Manage personnel activities in accordance with USO Arlington HR policies, to include coordinating employee schedules; announcing job vacancies, reviewing resumes and interviewing and conducting new hire orientation, mentor employees; provide professional development; maintain job descriptions and personnel files for new hires and existing employees. Conduct performance evaluations, quarterly performance reviews. 4. Manage all financial facets of the daily and monthly center programs. Daily duties include receiving deposits, petty cash reconciliation, accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. Month end duties include timely completion of petty cash reconciliation, inventory and in-kind report. Provide any other ad hoc reports as required.5. Direct the Volunteer Program to include recruitment, training, development, and recognition.6. Represent the USO in Vicenza, creating a favorable public image.Ensure appropriate support to the community at the Center. Develop, improve, and maintain the working relationship with the Garrison Commander, staff, and tenants.
