CurrentAs Senior Brand Media Manager I'm responsible of all paid advertising and media for the brand Red Bull. This involves:# Strategic advertising planning: plan, develop and execute country-specific advertising plans, incorporating international and local insights and ensure optimal integration of TV, CTV, WebTV, social media, and OOH solutions.# Campaign Execution: activate best-in-class campaigns that align with the brand's identity and guidelines and uphold the brand's appearance through meticulous execution of advertising strategies.# Agency Management: lead and manage the Media & Advertising agencies to ensure seamless workflows and negotiate effectively with publishing groups to maximize campaign impact.# Budget ownership: manage the Paid Advertising & Media budget efficiently to optimize strategies, control expenses, and maximize ROI within the yearly budget allocation.# Innovation: proactively seek and capitalize on new opportunities in emerging media platforms to deliver innovative and impactful campaigns that resonate with the target audience.# Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: collaborate closely with the Brand Team, country Brand and Media Managers, and International HQ Specialists and share learnings, best practices, and insights to ensure alignment and continuous improvement in media strategies.
