Profile bio

About Francesca D.

Intermediate Level Customer Service professional seeking a career in administration. I am looking for opportunities to use my interpersonal and organizational skills and am seeking to be trained and desire opportunities to grow. In addition to customer service skills, my aim is to provide years of experience as an art museum security guard to provide consultations on the importance of security in art galleries/museums and other art institutions. I have more than 6 years of experience in “customer service” by working in museum and academic institutions, during which time I have obtained the capabilities required to work directly with the public in-person and via electronic correspondence. My knowledge of security systems and protecting the museum collection is built on a foundation of education and training within an active work environment. My eagerness to learn new skills combined with my attention to detail from my background in Fine Art allows me to be easily and quickly trained. During the duration of my time spent at University of Notre Dame of Maryland, I successfully created and maintained organization systems in order to protect confidential records spanning a variety of departments. My personable and professional demeanor and my desire to provide the best experience for the visitor, allows me to maintain a steady workflow and ensure that time sensitive tasks are completed with a high level of accuracy.
