I obtained my ACA qualification in 2017 after 3 years in the Birmingham Audit department at Grant Thornton. After 4 more years in the team and a promotion to Senior Manager, I moved into our Financial Accounting Advisory Services department in 2021, where I now support finance teams through times of change and/or challenge by providing additional resource on a secondment basis.
