In Hera Group, multiutility leader in environmental services, water and energy based in Bologna, I was mainly involved, as the IT project manager, in process re-engineering projects, in Finance and Controlling area. I was in charge of project activity planing and organization, from feasibility study till release to end users, and project team coordination on both Hera (Business, IT) and external suppliers side.

In Bonfiglioli SpA, Headquarters of the Bonfiglioli Group (a major industrial group in Manufactoring sector, which includes 18 subsidiaries around the world), I was the Corporate Business Process Owners for Finance and Controlling area, hired in the HQ Controlling Department in Foreign Branches.I was in charge of processes management and re-engineering, in Finance and Controlling area, in HQ and in the 18 branches of Bonfiglioli Group, with specific focus on the implementation and rationalization of the ERP system, SAP. My arrival in Bonfiglioli dovetailed with the kick off of Bonfiglioli Group SAP processes definition project. In these 3 years I have followed many SAP rollout projects in the branches of the Bonfiglioli Group as the Corporate Process Owner on Finance and Controlling area, from a Business point of view. Up to today, successfully completed projects involved the following Branch Offices:China,Brazil,Australia/New Zealand/Singapore,Germany/Austria,Vietnam (direct sales and KANBAN order management )U.S. A.Canada,B.R.T (in Italy),UK,South AfricaSpainI took care of process design and change management in the transition from a not integrated system to a complex ERP such as SAP.In addition to activities related to SAP projects, I was also involved on internal projects in HQ.Some examples:• Rationalisation of Procurement and Sales processes, • Production reorganization with LEAN concepts, with particular reference to impacts on actual costs calculation methods.• Analysis and implementation of a new Credit Management model;• Review billing processes.

Before joining Bonfiglioli, I got a large experience (7 years) on SAP in a consulting company, SAP Italia Consulting, part of IBM group, System Integration area, by designing and implementing SAP solutions in major italian companies and international companies as well.
