Full-charge bookkeeping. Daily duties include: sales, overage/shortages, sales tax, monthly sales tax, payroll, payroll tax, payroll monthly and quarterly forms, general ledger entries, vendor bills (accounts payable) and payments, monthly bank reconciliation, P&L, Financial data entries using Excel and QuickBooks. Inventory controls and purchasing. Staff training and supervision.

Duties involved both bookkeeping and some administrative duties for the Director and the Finance Department. Self trained how they are organized for used systems in house; Exceed, QuickBooks, and their new set up system with Blackbaud, to later provide support to the Finance Manager in areas of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Monthly and Quarterly donation reporting, Payroll, Payroll taxes and its pertinent tax forms, bank reconciliation, gathering monthly financial information for Board of Directors meetings, preparing for Auditors and training the new Controller. Also assisted the department responsible for receiving and reporting received donations, and the front desk, when needed.

Company merged in October 2012 with ANC Needles Construction

Hired to fix discrepancies in their inventory system. Once the flauses were located, they were fixed via good old fashioned "manual count" and updated the system accordingly. The frequent rotation of staff caused constant supervision and training, to prevent inventory errors from happenig again. Handled accounts receivable, orders, credits, sales tax, payroll and provided general office support when most needed.
