• Managing busy evening service within the restaurant, including managing other members of FOH team • Coordinating takeaway orders over the phone and Deliveroo • Maintaining cleanliness standards • Managing closure of restaurant at end of shift; cashing up, end of night procedures, locking up building.

Solo Chalet Host (9-person chalet)• Welcoming guests to the resort and creating a friendly, “home from home” environment from the moment they arrived and making sure they were cared for during their stay.• Providing breakfast, afternoon tea and 4 course dinner 6 days a week.• Managing stock levels and food ordering for the chalet.• Daily cleaning and housekeeping of guest bedrooms and communal areas, plus deep cleaning during changeover once per week. • First port of call for all guest relations.

Responsibilities: • Weekly lead management for Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Greece and Israel. • Assisting with organisation and running of major company events (Cisco Business Tour and Cisco Connect)• Assisting with organisation of stalls and attending sponsored events (Smart City World Congress, Barcelona) • Liaising with events company OtraCosa about stand design, company merchandise, sponsor requirements. • Creating marketing emails through company portal and sending to all databases. • Post-event data analysis.Key Achievements: • Organising “Break-out” sessions for Cisco Connect 2015: Vodafone, Netapp, BT, RedHat, IBM, EMC and Telefonica. • Sending invitations on behalf of Cisco for Smart City World Congress, Barcelona, and liaising with attendees regarding registration for the event, arriving in Barcelona, organising meetings, hotels, sponsorship and tours of the city. • Volunteering through Cisco at Apsuria centre for young adults with disabilities and learning difficulties. • Organising an interactive totem for Cisco Connect 2015
