SLA’s varied from 24hrs to 28 days dependent on severity of fault. • Daily liaison with field engineers via phone, email and texts.• The role required a confident telephone manner to deal with potentially difficult calls and demanded excellent time management skills.• Provided training and on-going support to new starters.
