• Awarded the ‘Outstanding Contribution’ award by Bournemouth University for my achievements during my placement year. • Given sole operational management responsibility for one exhibition during the lead up to the show and during the show, which attracted over 2000 attendees and 250 exhibiting companies over the two-day event.• Organised the Exhibitor Networking Party for 250 guests during this event • Given the opportunity to oversee the running of two extra product launch events in June. • Worked on 8 varied exhibitions throughout my placement, including international and Defence exhibitions, during which I acted as Onsite Office Manager.• General office duties included answering telephone queries and administrative duties.

• Worked during Goodwood’s flagship annual events including The Festival of Speed and Goodwood Revival. Enjoyed and thrived in the high-pressure environment, delivering exceptional customer service. I returned to The Festival of Speed in 2016, during which I acted as Team Leader for one day. • Excellent customer service proved by having a positive and confident attitude.• Ensuring rooms were set up correctly for daily meetings and conferences showing my attention to detail.

• Achieved Level One General Gymnastics Coaching award in 2012• Leadership skills enabled quick progression and new opportunities within the role such as leading more challenging groups and a wider range of ages and abilities e.g. preschool children through to ages 15

• Main role included being a ball girl in the Sitting Volleyball matches• Gained an insight into how much planning preparation, and how many different elements go into holding a major sporting event
