Currently working as a GuestTeacher in an Urban, Public School Environment. Have taken on long-term assignments that required me to plan lessons. Also, have experience in Paralegal field that required research, interviewing, and presentation with general staff members. Just finished Masters in Management that required me to find solutions to long standing, internal business conflicts, find alternative solutions and recommendations to current career issues, and utilize my research skills to write reviews of peer-reviewed articles in the field of management pertaining to such subjects as HR management, Change Management, collaborative management, and finding ways in which employees can balance the work/life/self spheres.
