I am both an ideas person and an implementer of solutions. These qualities have allowed me to successfully work across a number of functional areas (communications, corporate strategy, finance, and engineering) and sectors (corporate, public and not-for-profit). I’m often asked to work on cross-functional projects which are ill-defined, ambiguous, or complex. No problem. I apply multiple perspectives and find solving problems both challenging and fun. I’m not afraid to try something different, and am led by my curiosity to learn something fresh each day. It’s my curiosity that leads me to have a passion for human-centred design. I’m interested in knowing why people behave the way they do, and helping them find solutions to problems or frustrations that they face.I can engage with audiences and users across a range of disciplines. But at the same time, I’m ultimately focused on helping leaders improve organisational performance.Expertise and areas of interest:• User-centred research • Digital content development – writing/editing for diverse audiences• Agile-trained• Stakeholder management• Change management• Influencing and persuading different audiences through storytelling and communications• Strategy development• Quantitative and qualitative research techniques• Project management• Decision analysis – decision-making theory and practice• Neuroscience and how cognitive biases affects designView folio: http://bit.ly/2aPVz4s
