I have over 18 years of experience in increasingly critical roles within Human Resources in 4 globally integrated companies. I have been exposed to international HR practice across Financial, BPO and Medical industries in the Asia Pacific region.I am currently employed as Associate Director, Human Resources in ClinChoice Inc. I oversee Human Resources and Administration in Manila, Philippines. My main role is to align business strategies and objectives to employees and management in all departments. (Talent Management, Total Compensation, Rewards Strategy, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Recruitment & Selection, Mobility, Labor Management and Facilities and Administration.Prior to joining ClinChoice Inc., I was an HRBP Manager in Champion Global Services where I managed the company's Manila site. With my solid contributions, I was given multiple site level recognition for aligning the groups strategic and people plans (attrition, retention, succession, disciplinary cases and recruitment, Salary alignment, policy enhancements, ).I began my Human Resource journey with HSBC where I started as a test administrator. I quickly progressed to become a Jr. HRBP for Philippines and Malaysia sites. My last role in the company was that of an HRBP for local employees and international assignees in Singapore.I finished my college education with a Bachelor of Science Degree, major in Psychology. I completed my post graduate in Human Resources in Singapore and currently taking a post graduate diploma in Strategic Human Resources Management at Ateneo.Outside of work, I am a dedicated family man, with 2 adorable children, during my spare time, I play basketball and does boxing.
