I currently support many special projects and management strategies. In my role, I develop financial models and forecasts for Revenue and Expenses while preparing ad hoc reports. I am tasked with process improvement and documentation to make it easier for my coworkers to use and create certain reports with ease. I was successful in reducing the processing time of an Analysis from several days to a few hours by implementing more automation via VBA macros, Pivot Tables and Lookups which made the Analysis more accurate and easier to process. I assist in the preparation of the division's budget and year-end schedules; I coordinate the Physical Inventory process for our stations; and create journal entries as needed.

While working for Springleaf Financial, I was able to perform collections and solicitations calls. I processed, closed, presented, serviced and recorded loans and disbursements. I provided administrative as well as operational support for several branches on a need basis for the District Manager. During my time with Springleaf, I experienced a recruiting event and learned strategies for recruiting excellent candidates.

I assisted the Supervisors with managing employees around the plant to ensure maximum production results. I worked in SAP to ensure the inventory was always accurate. Also, I trained employees on machinery as needed and ensured that safety rules were followed at all times.

I maintained the workflow, provided information and analyzed data. I provided outstanding customer service and maintained long lasting relationships. Also, I was in charge of scheduling meeting with corporate headquarters.

I delivered outstanding customer service, managed the flow of customers to certain servers and assisted colleagues with other restaurant responsibilities.
