Architecture journalist in charge of writing articles and preparing interviews of leading practitioners and emerging voices in the city. Currently working on a series on experimental platforms within architecture offices, and design curators leaders in NYC.

Led the communication and marketing efforts, including new business proposals, press management, and social media.

Building upon my Masters in Design Studies’ capstone research, I am looking at the future of coworking spaces in New York. I aim to collect current research, examine it, and finally speculate about the future of this spatial typology if millions of square feet of office space are suddenly abandoned. Coworking spaces were, before the Covid-19 crisis, a rapidly expanding business model, and a cultural phenomenon, with more than 80 million square feet and 3 million users globally. United States, and more specifically New York leads the coworking market, with around 15 million square feet until January 2020. However, this industry, like many other globally, is going through its largest and more complex existential crisis. My proposed summer research will incorporate these data and references, and through interviews with renowned academics, coworking owners, designers, and business specialists, the project will speculate about the future of coworking spaces.

Building Services at the Harvard University Graduate School of Design (GSD) is the department in charge of all the operations and maintenance at the school's equipment. Building Services' scope includes maintaining the iconic Gund Hall, house of the GSD. Directly involved in supporting academic activities through infrastructure and communication strategies between students, faculty, and administration.

Intermediate Architectural Designer. - Designed and manage high-end residential and commercial projects in New York, Miami, and Chicago.- Research lead on materials and material processes for the Studio’s commercial projects.- Collaborate with the Marketing department in special projects for potential clients and publications.

Engaged in concept/schematics, design development, and construction documents including Department of Buildings (DOB) approval process in close coordination with the Expeditor’s office. Coordinated the projects with engineering and specialty consultants. In charge of the office website and dissemination/advertising materials, including press releases.

Responsible for designing over 15 institutional buildings such as large medical and educational facilities. Supervisor and team leader of a 30-plus-member team of Afghan national architects and engineers. Responsible for the production of schematic design, working drawings and final design packages.

Performed all phases of architectural design including concept design, and design development for residential projects. Coordinated the projects with the project consultants.
