I was responsible for setting up all gear and equipment no less than 1-hour prior to the Band or Artist arriving tothe Studio. Before beginning the session I go over the Band/Artist idea for the project as far as the production.We go over the image being created, ideas for making each piece creative and original, we then practicedifferent Mic techniques to get an idea of the acoustics and desired sound.

This company is owned by my father, Francisco Rivera Sr. As his son I helped establish the company fromthe beginning. My responsibilities/duties in the company was to finalize Invoices, set appointments, supervisethe employees and complete an inspection after each job. Our company followed a 22-step program whichincluded the following:• Dust Sills, Wall hangings and remove cobwebs• Vacuum floors, furniture, carpet, stairs and under beds• Make beds and change linens• Clean all appliance exteriors (and interiors if requested)• Hand wash Floors• Clean inside microwave, range tops, and counters• All Windows and Patio Doors• Disinfect Floors, Toilets, Sinks, Showers and TubsAnd many more services. All Gaps of Employment were filled with the work of the company according to howmuch business we received at the time

Responsible for inspecting all Walk-in Units, under counter units, and all roof top units. My job consisted ofcleaning, replacing broken parts, filter replacement, belt replacement, checking coil for frost or ice, as well ascleaning and sanitizing the Ice Machine.
