My name is Francisco, however, I am also very well known as Paco. I graduated from the Ohio State University's Fisher College of Business in 2022 . Here I self-financed and recieved a BBA with specializations in International Business, Operations Management, and a minor in Spanish while leading and staying involved in both interest-based and professional-based organizations. Today I continue giving back to my communities as an Alum, mainly in the form of making myself available as a student mentor, panelist, and general resource. After my well-rounded undergraduate experience, I decided to start my career at Nationwide Financial just down the road. Here I focus on gaining work experience and analytical/project management knowledge through managing and continuously improving internal Retirement Solutions processes and resources under the Distribution Intelligence team. I also strive to create value and impact in the local/professional Latine communities as the first Gen Z board member of Nationwide’s National Latino Alliance Columbus chapter. In the near future, I plan to pursue my long standing goal of obtaining a post-graduate degree, whether that is an MBA or an operations-based one. In my free time, I like to fight competitively (sanctioned Muay Thai), travel, learn about financial wellness, keep up with the NFL (Go Cowboys!), and play a plethora of video, board, and card games. I am also working to start up a local chapter of a national non-profit.
