A six-month professional and inter-school project (Sorbonne University, ESSEC Business School, Centrale Paris Engineering School, STRATE Design School) entrusted by the SNCF Heritage Office, via the Schoolab incubator in Paris, for the CPI programme (https://theschoolab.com/creation-produit-innovant/produit-innovant/).Starting from the issue "How to develop an offer to support SNCF heritage enhancement initiatives", we used the Design Thinking methodology to conduct interviews with actors both internal and external to the SNCF and finally develop a product capable of meeting the needs expressed by our client as well as during the many interviews that we conducted.Skills acquired :- In-depth understanding of the client's needs, identifying and responding to them through the creation of an innovative product to improve the final customer experience.- Bringing together the views and needs of a wide variety of players for whom the same final product must be created (with levels of customisation).- Convert ideas into several prototypes and test them with our target audience.- Learn how to prioritise the development of certain tasks over others in order to maximise the positive impact of the product in the short term.- Talk about one's product around oneself, analyse the feedbacks and continuously improve the developed solution to maximise the chances of adoption once the product is launched on the market.
