Mentored and expanded postal operations and procedures for 4 postal areas geographically split across the Korean peninsula.• Enhanced the quality of postal operations and supervised work throughout 3 post offices, 3 postal service centers, and 18 mailrooms resulting in a 95% passing inspection rating.• Processed over 100,000 letters and 34,000 parcels over 1 year during the COVID-19 pandemic and government furlough which resulted in available workforce dropping from 55 employees to 31 employees.• Developed and implemented the workflow and organization of a brand-new postal service center with a maximum capacity to hold mail for 10,000 customers, single-handedly processing the opening and relocation of 5,300 customers over 1 week.
