Current-Provided overall management and direction for externally manufactured products.-Develop and maintains a strategy for externally manufactures products including developing and defining the process, sourcing of conversion services, and delivery of products or services confirming to customer specifications-Manges the appropriate resources to implement the suppler strategy to meet Strategic Objectives by providing the best quality and cost in orders to meet -Reviews current and future business requirements and seek to continuously improve the capabilities and capacities of the supplier network-Manges the relationship with the relevant suppliers, ensuring that improved supply chain operating practices are implemented-Develop and continuously updates a load and capacity plan for externally manufactured products-Negotiations of competitive Long Term Conversion contracts in support of Operations and Aerospace Market -Create and implement outside processing, and value-add services strategies that align with company goals-Lead Outside Processing team to success through metric driven performance tracking-Evaluate current Outside Processing structure and management to drive efficiencies and effectiveness-Analyze opportunities and offer solutions to enhance supply chain through cost efficiency-Evaluate current Outside Processing structure and management to drive efficiencies and effectiveness-Exercise supervision over Outside Processing Coordinators-Significant knowledge in SAP systems and practical use for planning functions
