Since 1992, Frank Crivello has served as a senior advisor to the Trusts, providing strategic acquisition and operational input by drawing on his vast experience in all aspects of commercial real estate. Frank Crivello has been instrumental in helping Phoenix navigate the subtleties of distressed real estate acquisitions and turnarounds.Frank Crivello began his real estate career in 1982 with investments in multifamily, commercial office, warehouse and retail properties. By 1985, Frank had identified and refined a successful formula for rapid equity accumulation through the consensual modification of anchor tenant leases in retail properties. This formula was applied for acquisitions from coast to coast as well as for the ground-up development of neighborhood retail shopping centers.To successfully identify and execute opportunities in a dynamic and changing marketplace, Phoenix has built a talented team of professionals across all levels of its business, providing them with the cutting-edge technology tools, and superior benefits including a highly acclaimed wellness program.
