Also provide staff training in developing behavior plans.

Dr. Frank Cushing is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Certified School Psychologist who has been providing quality mental health services to the Rockford area for over 40 years. He has evaluated and treated thousands of children, adolescents and adults for emotional, behavioral and learning problems. He evaluates and treats conditions such as ADHD, learning disabilities, and mood disorders, such as depression and bipolar disorder, as well as anxiety disorders including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Dr. Cushing has also conducted hundreds of child custody evaluations. As a Licensed Sex Offender Evaluator, he has evaluated and treated scores of individual charged with or convicted of sex offenses including performing Risk Assessments. He has also been retained by courts and attorneys hundreds of times in cases involving Forensic Psychology. As a result, Dr. Cushing has been deposed or testified in criminal, civil, juvenile and family court scores of times.

Evaluated and treated students at all levels, from elementary school to college. Worked with school counselors as advocates for students’ well-being, and as valuable resources for their educational and personal advancement. As a school psychologist, Dr. Cushing first and foremost listened to students’, parents', and teachers' concerns.He worked with students in processing issues such as bullying, disabilities, LGBTQ issues, low self-esteem, poor academic performance, social anxiety, problems with authority and problems at home.
