Conserving landscapes for present and future generations. At HCC, I direct the negotiation and oversight of voluntary agreements, known as conservation easements, that permanently preserve agricultural viability, water quality, wildlife habitat and ecology, scenic views, and historical and archeological resources. In addition, I frequently assist our conservation partners and other rural property owners with enhancement and restoration of the their land. My educational background is in geography, biology, and landscape ecology.
