As a Production Engineer Supervisor, I am responsible for the overall management of cGMP manufacturing equipment and equipment management personnel. On a day-to-day basis, our team of 11 members oversee the cleaning, setup, calibration, and use for all cGMP manufacturing equipment to ensure the equipment is fully operational and available to fully support the production schedule. My goal is for our team to remain a cohesive, engaged, and hard-working unit, while also looking for ways to implement strategies, technology, and system improvements to allow for continued growth within our team as well as our manufacturing department.

Equally as important, I rely on my communication skills to participate in scientific discussions amongst colleagues, as well as to communicate directly with clients during project planning meetings.
