Investigated and corrected any issues that arose.· Lead Administrator in Oracle Database for Ledger and Budget/Forecast system security access for the entire company.· Principal Administrator for updates to Oracle Database and related subsystems.· Developed procedures for billing U.S. Army for government contracts which required working with the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) to implement proper support forms for billing compliant with the U.S. Government procedures and using their WAWF web-based system to submit the invoices.
