Manage and maintain the organisation's hardware equipment, including servers, computers, network equipment, etc., to ensure proper functioning of hardware and software, and perform regular maintenance and upgrades. Provide user support to resolve employee issues with IT systems and tools, maintain help desk to log and track support requests, manage IT projects including project planning, budget management, resource allocation, and project progress tracking to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet expected quality standards

Monitor and tune data warehouse performance to ensure fast response times for queries and reports, optimise for large data volumes and highly concurrent access, write and maintain ETL processes, extract data from various data sources into the data warehouse, perform routine maintenance tasks such as backups, restores, and performance monitoring, and quickly identify and resolve data warehouse related issues.
