Overall responsibility in this position was to lead personnel and manage, events and activities within the Southern Region of Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC. Also responsible for facilitating the growth and the success of all Coldwell Banker Franchisees in the region. The Southern Region contained over 260 Coldwell Banker Franchise companies and employed 12 professional Business Consultants and administrative staff whose responsibility was to provide assistance to the companies operating in 14 Southern States. Other positions held during my tenure with Coldwell Banker include Senior Vice President National Acquisitions, Senior Vice President Sector Head of Coldwell Banker Eastern U.S., and President Coldwell Banker Atlanta.
