Sourcing high priority projects and working closely with Director of Global Sourcing to develop and execute sourcing strategies which generate a robust and diverse supplier pipeline of residential and commercial hardware. Maintain cost negotiations while supporting internal accounting team.• Provides reporting on sourcing activities and results to the Director of Global Sourcing and Stakeholders.• Participates in purchasing and procurement meetings as needed. • Maintains strong relationships with all global suppliers across multiple time zones via various methods of communications with 90% components sourced offshore-China, Thailand, Taiwan, Tunisia.

Reviewed vendor performance while ensuring ( New Project Developments ) are clearly understood and communicated including scope, and schedule cost. Approved vendor qualifications process and implementation. Defined cost opportunities through negotiations and turn key projects with approved vendors. Prepare and Participate in, as required, Airplane cabin interior program milestone meetings such as Preliminary Design Reviews (PDRs), Critical Design Reviews (CDRs), Seat Certification Campaigns, First Article inspections (FAIs), Program Management Reviews (PMRs) .• Reports to Director Supply Chain and category management.• Supports all new Engineering development programs through R & D / Operations functions.• Works in close conjunction and alignment with senior Program Managers & Engineers.• Manage 2 / Operations Analyst in areas of ( Sheet Metal & Upholstery ) for new developments.• Executes on savings initiatives and initiates counter measures if necessary at (1.5M+-).• Review supplier performance while challenging material & service specifications.
