My career reflects a well-rounded background, with roots in elegant NYC fine dining (Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steakhouse-Rockefeller Center) and several successful years as a trainer, mentor and General Manager for corporate chain and independently owned restaurants. In recent years, an energetic focus upon hotel operations has led me to become a dynamic part of the management team of two of the largest hotels & conference centers in Albany. Within these, I have demonstrated a solid track record of increasing sales revenue and profitability, always with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
