Director of Operation for Northern NJ Area Freedom Region- Lead Technical Operations for 7 systems in Area 2 NJ comprised of 4 Managers 17 supervisors and 215 technicians - Drive strong Employee Engagement scores- Manage monthly expenses and capital expenditures- Select, develop and motivate customer facing technicians and maintenance technicians - Create and analyze information and reports that focus on data and statistics with the objective of delivering a better customer experience along with improved metrics- Maintain high performance and motivate the team through strong leadership- Under my leadership Northern NJ has consistently been at, or near the top for overall metric performance.  Oversee all aspects of cable plant and systems with 65 employees including: o Service, Installation, Engineering, Design, Facilities, Warehouse, Converter Repair, Supervisors, & Leads Prepare and administer a budget of 10 million dollars Design and develop programs for improving the overall performance of the department

 Supervise hiring, discipline, training and firing of a department of 80+ employees including: Field Service, Installations, Quality Control, Auditing, MDU Design, Phone Representatives, Dispatch, Bench Repair, Supervisors, and Leads Assist in preparation and administration of a budget of 7 million dollars Manage all day to day field, office, and converter repair operations Direct supervisors in planning and coordinating employee training
