Attorney admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut. I primarily focus on real estate transactions, land use, Article 78 proceedings, landlord/tenant matters and general practice. I have closed more than two hundred real estate transactions, representing purchasers, sellers, and lending institutions. I have also appeared before more than two dozen municipal boards and various courts across the Hudson Valley, representing clients in zoning, planning, municipal, and other civil matters. My goal is to provide clients with a solution based approach to meet their specific legal needs.

Admitted in New York and Connecticut, focusing on real estate transactions (residential and commercial), land use, municipal and small business law, along with civil appeals, including Article 78 proceedings.

Responsibilities included assisting the new Executive Director in acclimating to the position and to Putnam County. This period of time saw the transfer of institutional knowledge from myself to the Visitors Bureau's Board of Directors and newly hired Executive Director.

Responsible for the overall operations of the Putnam County Visitors Bureau. These responsibilities included the management of the I Love New York Matching Funds grant program through Empire State Development, crafting and implementing a cohesive marketing and branding campaign for Putnam County in order to attract out of county visitors in an effort to boost sales tax revenue, and acting as a conduit between tourism related industries and local government to maximize economic development. Along with the necessary responsibilities of operating a 501(c)(6) tourism promotional agency, responsibilities also included bringing the Visitors Bureau into compliance with New York State Not-for-Profit Law, including but not limited to creating a new set of operating by-laws, organizational policies and constituting a new Board of Directors.

Responsible for the day to day operations of the Putnam County Tourism Office. Tasks range from monitoring social media accounts, updating the office's website, and interacting with members of the community to event planning, site visits, and more.

Responsibilities included correspondence with visitors, maintenance of our social media pages and website, along with day to day tasks to ensure office efficiency and expediency.
