As founder of Red Oak Winery, I served as winemaker to produce several award-winning varieties of red and white wines made with California grapes. Red Oak Winery produced 6,500 cases per year of high quality wines aged in brand new French oak barrels. During this time, my wines received silver and gold medals, both nationally and internationally. I was involved in all operations of the winery and boutique shop, and generated sales through retail and wholesale outlets.

Managed all phases of business pertaining to public and private sectors, including sales, estimating, project management, shop fabrication, and field installations. Annual sales ranged between 3-4 million dollars.
